By signing up for Zenguider including, but not limited to, signing up for the Intro session or Dream Life Program, you agree to the following:

1. Accurate - You agree that any personal information you provide to Zenguider such as, but not limited to, your name, email, and payment information, is accurate.

2. Fee - If there is fee, you agree to pay the Zenguider fee when it is due and to resolve any payment issues as quickly as possible.

3. Completion - If you join the program, you agree to join it with the intent of participating until the end but understand that you are not bound to complete it.

4. Refuse Service - You understand that Zenguider has a right to refuse you completing the program or if it believes you are fraudulently using the service, are disrespectful to the staff or other clients, or have violated any of the terms in this agreement.

5. Termination - You agree that, if you violate Zenguider rules or code of conduct or any of the terms in this agreement, you may not be able to complete the program.

6. Sessions - You agree to make every attempt to attend each workshop, be on-time, and have your video camera on to ensure the best possible experience for you and for your fellow clients.

7. Confidentiality - You agree that anything and everything that is shared in the workshops is confidential and you agree not to share it with anyone outside the group. This ensures an environment of psychological trust within the group and enables clients to more openly share and grow.

8. Conduct - You agree to respect the other clients, the instructor, and any Zenguider representatives. Any type of hateful, illegal, or disrespectful dialog or body language is strictly prohibited and could result in you no longer being able to complete the program.

9. Rules - You agree to abide by any reasonable rules that Zenguider provides either verbally or in written form in its sessions, documents, or workbooks. You also agree to follow the reasonable guidance of your instructor.

10. Training - You understand that the sessions and workshops may be recorded and viewed by Zenguider employees, contractors, and representatives for training purposes.

11. Advice - You accept that any advice or information provided by Zenguider, its instructor, or any of its clients is simply advice and you are free to use it or disregard it. You are fully responsible for any positive or negative repercussions that come from implementing it and agree to hold any of the parties who provided it as harmless, blameless, and not responsible.

12. Limits of Liability - You agree to hold any Zenguider employees, guides, representatives, clients, or 3rd party providers as harmless and blameless for anything that occurs from using the Zenguider service.

13. Intellectual Property - You understand that all the information that Zenguider shares as part of providing its service is copyrighted and cannot be copied, reproduced, or shared. This includes, but is not limited to website content, slide decks, workbooks, or any material or information that Zenguider provides.

14. Feedback - You agree that any feedback you provide to Zenguider is fully owned by them and may be used by them without needing to license, request permission, or pay any fee to you.

15. Changes - You understand that the terms of service may be updated from time to time and the most up-to-date terms of service govern your usage of the Zenguider service.

16. Dispute Resolution - If you have any issue with Zenguider, you agree to work directly with them first to resolve it. If the issue is covered in these terms of service then you agree to abide by those terms. If they are not covered and you and Zenguider cannot resolve the issue and choose to seek legal action then both you and Zenguider agree to abide by any resolution made by the judging party.
